Emily Romero, an 11th-grade student at Hanford High School, secured the top spot with her mixed-media piece titled 'July 7, 2012'. In Colorado, The Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb unveiled Jay Weets of Monument, Colorado, as the winner of the 2026 PPIHC Poster Art Contest.
