Perm, Russia – Soloists from the Kyrgyz National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre have achieved significant recognition at the 19th Open Russian Ballet Competition Arabesque, which concluded on April 25, 2026, in Perm, Russia. Adilzhan Rakhmanov secured second prize, while Dayana Kydyralieva was awarded a diploma, marking a notable performance by the Kyrgyz contingent on the international stage.

The competition, held from April 15-25, 2026, brought together participants from 14 countries, highlighting a diverse array of talent in both classical ballet and contemporary choreography.
