Massy Stores has officially announced the winners of its recent youth art competition, a creative initiative aimed at encouraging young artists to envision and depict a plastic-free future. The announcement, made on September 1, 2026, highlights the talent of participants across two distinct categories: Junior Impressions and Young Visionaries.
In the Junior Impressions category, Thierry Grant secured first place, receiving a cash prize of GY$50,000. Pavni Singh was awarded second place with a prize of GY$35,000, while Sophia Miranda was named the People’s Choice winner.
The Young Visionaries category saw Joanna Manauf claim the first-place position, earning GY$60,000. Darshanie Tickapersaud took second place, receiving GY$40,000, and Anliya Chatoor was recognized as the People’s Choice winner for her work.
